All our paintings are Genuine Hand painted on the high-quality canvas by talented and professional artists. We do NOT use any computer generated or digital techniques. As everybody knows, the paintings can not be exactly the same even by the same artist. Please allow little difference from the original artwork. But it’ll definitely convey the brilliance of the original artwork totally and be unique.

2. We have our own studio and our prices are very competitive

We have our own studio and many commissioned artists. So we can provide artwork to our customers directly. There is no middle man. The prices are really competitive.

We can modify any place you do not satisfy in the artwork for free. We allow you to make unlimited changes until you are thrilled with your painting. If you’re not happy with the painting after all the changes, then we’ll refund your payment.

If your painting arrives defective or damaged, just contact us immediately. We’ll refund you proper amount of money, even full payment, but it depends. Or we will replace the artwork for you right away.

Note for reproductions and modern abstract paintings:

You can also return the painting within 15 days for a prompt exchange or full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You only pay for the return postage. There is no restocking fee.

We will take photo of actual painting and email to you for your confirmation. Simply let us know once you are satisfied with the artwork. Then we will arrange the shipment for your painting after we get your approval.

All our paintings are painted on order and they are ready to ship within 15 business days. There is no stock. You can also raise special request in reproductions or modern abstract paintings. That means we paint according to your will. We do little changes (change in color, etc.) for free, but we’ll charge you extra fee for bigger changes (change in composition, etc.). Hope you can understand this point. Of course, except art from photos. You can request any changes in this part. And our artist will paint totally according to you request.

We use PAYPAL as our primary payment method. Paypal has world-class security and anti fraud systems. None of your credit-card details are given to us. PayPal takes care of the entire process.

Your packages will be professionally packed by our skilled packing workers with great care to ensure safe delivery. Then they will be shipped out with EMS Express, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Individual countries may take longer due to the Customs.
